Nutritional and Fitness Counselling

We use a comprehensive approach to help you achieve your nutritional needs and fitness goals. Our counselling sessions provide guidance on proper nutritional choices, meal structuring, and information on general health.


We work closely with the Canada Food Guide to ensure you have a nutritionally sound meal plan. We discuss your personal goals, review your food choices and eating habits as well as lifestyle. Our Certified Nutritionist will show you how to balance your meals for energy and vitality, and will get you on the right path to meeting your goals.


We help you set and achieve your fitness goals by showing you how to prepare for proper athletic performance and maintain it over time.
